I gave this to my 1 year old (he loves to kick balls and I knew he would grow into it). My 5 year old is crazy about it. We had so much fun with it that I am buying another so my three children can play each other and have two goals.

My two-year old is a hockey finatic! I saw the neighbors had this set and my son was jonesing to try it out, so I got it for his birthday. He actually sleeps with one of the hockey sticks at night :P The net is awesome. Can be a little frustrating putting together but I also lack a little patience. My engineer of a husband gave it one look and had the rest put together in a cinch. Kudos for him. :P The net is light, which is great for us because it lives in our living room and then we can pick it up and carry it out the back door to the yard. Also, the net size is adjustable. We made it as big as possible and called it a day. We haven't tried the lacrosse pieces because even at two our son has quite an arm and swing and we fear for the safety of out home :P That said, they look very durable and easy for even two-year olds to use. The stick length is perfect and also adjustable. This is a nice feature because you don't have to buy new sticks because your child had a growth spurt. There is a hockey puck included but our hockey-obsessed child knows it is an imposter and not the real thing. It's slightly oversized to make it an easier target for young children. I don't let the net stay outside in the weather because our neighbors green net fabric faded with the sun and I know we will be using this net for a VERY, VERY long time, so I want it looking nice!

The Little Tikes Easy Score set is really cute and a great idea with the interchangeable hockey and lacrosse heads, however, after only a few light uses one of the lacrosse nets frayed and broke. I'm not sure if it can be fixed without being restrung. I plan to contact the company to see what they can do. The kids did like it before the net broke.

Bought this for my 3 1/2 yr old son to try and get him more active and interested in sports. It's a great toy, I like how you can change the sticks back and forth from hockey to lacrosse. He seems to enjoy it, too!
