We bought this bed thinking that our daughter would enjoy sleeping in it. This has worked. I found that you might need to stuff some towels between the gap of the mattress and bed frame. My daughter got her foot stuck while playing around

On shipping you will need to keep on top of Ceva (shipper), they will eventually call to set a time to deliver. I ended up driving to their center and picked up the product myself. Amazon has the manufacturer drop ship the item at time of purchase to avoid inventory. We received the wrong item. Make sure prior to signing the item that you are getting what you ordered.

I love this bed. It's bigger than you would think. Check to make sure all the holes are already drilled before you put it together. The manufacturer didn't drill at all, the large dime-sized holes on the side of the bed. I had to go out and buy the biggest drill bit I could find, and it still wasn't big enough. It took, literally, blood, sweat, and tears to assemble our bed, because of this defect. Other than that, I love it!!!
