excellent daily devotional for young children
This book contains short, one-page devotionals designed with the young child in mind. The daily devotional begins with a Bible verse, continues with a short life lesson, and concludes with a suggested prayer. Older children that can read may begin the lesson by reading the Bible verse and all children will enjoy participating in the brief activity included in each...

Little Visits With Jesus
I used Little visits with God 35 years ago with my children. They were toddler through 1st grade and we read the stories at bedtime before prayers. I have grandchildren 2 and 5 and thought Little Visits with Jesus would be appropriate for after dinner devotions but they are pretty simple and quite short. I should have bought the Little Visits With God.

I purchased this book for my grand-children. When my children were small, I used the same book. It is very diverse and address many life situations. It helps you to train up a child in the way he/she should go. My children loved this book, and were motivated to live lives that were pleasing to Jesus. It was all very sweet.
