5.0 out of 5 stars Great Understandable Read for the Consumer
This book is an excellent read for the consumer. It speaks in real life lanquage with identifiable case studies. It made extremely confusing mortgage concepts extremely understandable. It's a must read for anyone with an ARM mortgage.

It might help new and veteran LOs get quickly up to speed on different possible loan scenarios and might help homebuyers and refinancers understand their options. It is solid, but not spectacular. It is one of many books I would own, not the only one I would own, on mortgage loans.
