I don't have much time to read, except the thousands of words I read every day as part of my job in the media industry. So reading is one of the last things on my after-hours list. But the author, Cordy Overgaard, told me he had written a book and gave me a copy. I loved the book from the beginning and found myself thinking of it as a movie script. It begins with intrigue, weaves in a little sexual tension between the two main characters who are assigned to work together to track down a drug kingpin in South America, and captivated me with the twists and turns of a classic suspense novel. This is a terrific tale, and the author's storytelling abilities -- along with his knowledge of the show-horse business, illegal drug trading and Latin America bring it all together quite nicely. I'd recommend this book to anyone who wants to sink into a good story.

I love a good mystery and this book did not disappoint. The story about the Paso Finos both in this country and in Columbia added to the enjoyment of this book. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

Exciting new thriller that takes us from the wealthy horse world into the South American slums. A true picture of the violent world that exists with the drug cartels. Just the right amount of sex and violence to make the book an exciting read.

TM has thje potential to relace Stone Barrington as my new action hero.

Can't wait for TM's next adventure.

Great story, I particularly enjoyed learning about the Paso Fino horse.

I loved the cultural references to Colombia, Cuba and Brazil.

A great book and I am looking forward to the next book from the author.
