Great introduction to The Littles,

I had & loved this book as a child...not sure what happened to it. I loved all the Littles books, but this one was my favorite. It is a very informative book by John Peterson about all the Littles & their friends, the Brook Tinies, the Tree Tinies & the Trash Tinies, & how they live life in the environment they are in. It also tells how the Littles were discovered. It makes the characters come alive & seem so real to a child's mind. If you are thinking of introducing The Littles to your child, this is a great starter book!

Me and my brother would fight over who owned the book - it is a treasure of little surprises. Of course I had to get it again. Also I did watch the cartoon and did read at least one of the novels. What I didn't realize was just how many books are out there!
This seems to be the last book, designed to bring all the information about the families together. A lovely book and full of imagination with a map and then two pages, or more, on each of the families besides the Littles. Get it for the children or for yourself!

It is wonderful for children to see the world of the Littles in visual detail. They delight in studying the pictures of the rooms and the maps of the areas. A nice adjunct to the texts.
