I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. She really likes it and loves to go online for the little games they have. It took a little hunting to find where they had "hidden" the log-in code, but my son found it and they've been enjoying the online experience ever since.

This toy is not worth the money. Unless I am missing something it is basically just another stuffed animal. It comes with a code that allows you to join a virtual world; however, I was unaware that you have to pay a monthly fee for it. The virtual pet (the pet you create online) really has nothing to do with the stuffed pet. My daughter was very disappointed! Your child has to be old enough to read pretty well, too, in order to "play" online.

We have bought the VIP pets in the past for our daughter. Well, these LPS versions have their own world in which you are only allowed to play in for a total of 30 days total. Even if you buy several animals, unless you make new accounts for each of them, you are limited to 30 days. It took 10 days before I found out that they had changed this site so you made your own pet using some currency. So my daughter will only get to play for 20 days now with all her pets. After that you have to pay a subscription. The process of putting the animal online was so cumbersome that it took me over 30 minutes of my time. Do NOT buy these lame toys.

My daughter ask for one of this VIP's so she can play on-line but oh dear God!!!! This is just impossible!!! First you have to create a parents account and then the child can put the code in the web site in order to play... so far no luck!!! We have tried for weeks and just keep getting the same error message. I sent a lot or emails to the web site but they don't even care!!!! Buy the other VIPs' not these ones.

I purchase this for my daughter for christmas, I got it for a great price [...] , I save 75% by get it online, for those who were real tight on shopping this christmas then it was a great buy.

2 days after Christmas, we're finding that the online activities are disappointing. The registration process has been onerous. Now we read that we must PURCHASE a 'premium' online membership in order to create the virtual (online) pet that looks like the stuffed animal that was in the box. My 9-year old has had her expectations set by Webkinz, and this product falls short of those expectations.

Thanks for the comment regarding the code. I found the code (sewn to the stuffed animal) and entered the code. Now we have a 'silver' membership for 30 days. We remain disappointed.

We received this as a gift 3 days ago and still cannot log into the website - It keeps telling us that "the pets are asleep".

My daughter wanted the toy for its online activities that she could participate in. She likes the bunny and enjoys the online experience.

I bought this bunny for my daughter's 6-th birthday 4 days ago. After spending half an hour registering the pet I got a message that the pet code is already in use. After typing and re-typing the code several times, I e-mailed the customer service (of course, they do not provide a phone number). They asked me for the code and the number on the back of the label and I did not hear from them since.
I recommend to buy this toy only if you really want to ruin your kid's party! Maybe try Webkinz instead...
