I would give this negative stars. Do NOT waste your money. My daughter wanted one of these for a while. She saved her money and bought it almost a week ago. It took HOURS to get the parent account set up. I still cannot create her account so she can play with this thing. It was a total rip off. They shouldnt be selling toys when the online part of it isnt working. And we arent talking tiny tech issues. We are talking 100% not working. These are supposed to be like Webkinz - imaging if the online part didnt work. I would return this if I could. What a piece of junk. I would not recommend Littlest Pet Shop Online to ANYONE. Buy Webkinz!

My daughter received 3 of these on Christmas (one from Santa and 2 from grandparents.) She has been looking forward to getting these for weeks. We ran into a variety of issues online and finally gave up. (At first the servers couldn't be found, and then it said our codes were already in use. AGH!)

Definitely taking these junky toys back to the store. Would hate to be a Hasbro employee on Monday morning.

My daughter has had LPS VIPs before and enjoyed them very much. Just got this LPSO for her birthday and was unable to start an account for her. First parents must create a parent account. It took me 45 minutes to get through to get that account set up. Then I was not able to get in to create a "user" account for my daughter. All in all it was 1.25 hours wasted. The "Help" section noted that developers are working on this problem.

So I cannot say yet if this toy is fun, educational, or durable. Right now, it's an incredibly frustrating toy.

Get it together, Hasbro!

I wish we would have looked at reviews before going to walmart on Jan 1 to exchange (what a nightmare) and several hours and tears of thinking we weren't "getting it". seems it wasn't us at all. LPS is so big, we assumed the online game would have some semblance of quality. sad to find out we were wrong.

My daughter is a huge fan of Littlest Pet Shop pets and this was a welcome addition to her collection. We love that these stuffed animals can stand many cleanings in the washer as long as you put them in a pillowcase.
