Very nice. My baby is happy with this new pet. I am feeling good buying through Amazon

My daughter really enjoys her VIP toy. The actual stuffed animal is very cuddly. He's very cute.

We have had periodic problems with the site. A few times she has been told that her screen name and/or password is invalid. But, a few days later she is able to get back on the site.

When she is able to get into the site, she enjoys walking around the little town and doing various things.

We did have problems with another VIP where the code wasn't accepted. I wasn't very happy about that and neither was my daughter. I probably should have contacted the company, but I didn't.

This is for my granddaughter's Xmas gift.

She will love it because it's very cute!!!

I have had more than one problem with this online aspect of these pets.

The most frustrating of them is my DD has to keep making new accounts because it will not acknowledge her username. We make a new account, write down the user name and password so we don't forget it, then when she goes to log on and play with her VIP it says her username is incorrect.

I emailed customer service twice about this and never received a response.

So we are on our second pet now and another "lost" user name.

It's frustrating because I watched my DD save her allowance for 3 weeks to buy this toy and she loses the internet aspect after the first day of signing up! Ive had to watch this happen twice now, with no responses from customer service!

It's a waste of money and time.
