My daughter has alot of littest pet shop toys. She got this for her birthday. She had the littest pet shop VIP online dolls before. I thought this was just a new style but these pet shops go to a new online site. The code to get on the site is pulled from a tab on the pet. If you cut it off too far the plush will become unstiched and fall apart so be careful. The new online site is horrible. The code comes with a free 30 day membership with limited access. The old littest pet shop series came with full one year access. These new ones want over fifty dollars to get full access. Even during the trial 30 days, everytime my daughter went to play a game or dress her pet a pop up would ask her to pay the fifty dollars for full access. Of course she wanted to see what the full access was and I refused to pay. I can't believe the free trial for 30 days didn't give full access then maybe if kids liked it parents could justify fifty dollars a year but spending that much for an unknown no way! I love most of the pet shop toys and find the quality and a decent value but not this. I do not recommend buying it unless you just want the plush toy.

I purchased this toy with the expectations that my daughter would be able to play online and take care of her pet. She can only play as the dog, even though I purchased the ladybug, unless we pay a membership fee that is $57 a year. I am very disappointed with the limited access she has online.

I just went to LPSO site and the site is now closed. If you are buying this for the online site please save your money. GO tp LPSO .com before buying so you can see.
Buyer beware.. CLOSED SITE..... My daughter was so sad because of this..... YOu still will have a stuffed animal but no online membership.

What can I say? It's a cute stuffed animal thing that vaguely resembles a lady bug. My daughter just loves it - as she loves all the Littlest Pet Shop toys. It makes her happy, it makes me happy.

My step-daughter loves LPS! And it's a great thing that she can play with the real pet and also create a virtual one!
You do need to purchase a membership card if you want full usability at the LPSO (virtual pet), but we don't have it and she doesn't mind. She just loves paying the game and getting to meet new online friends.
