I have been in the medical field for over 21 years. I have always used Littmann stethoscopes and this pink Littmann is my 3rd in 21 years. This is my 2nd Classic II. The price is reasonable and I find it unnecessary to pay more for a different model. The Classic II works well and is light weight. I also like the long enough tubing so that I can hear breath sounds at a comfortable distance for both me and my patients. The pink for breast cancer research is an added plus for me. I've had a black Littmann for such a long time.

The stethoscope is great, the only thing i was upset about was the color which was far from the color pink for breast cancer and the image. it's more of a peach color...

Really like the product. Using it in Nursing school. LOVE the color and the cause.
Update 15 months after purchase: Still love the stethoscope; however, the tubing can get stained by regular ink pens and, to date, have not found anything to successfully remove the stains (and I clean it a lot).
