I have bought all the series of these books and had problems with soem if the DVD that are included. Very poor quality from where I stand. I have purchased other DVD's from other masters and have no complaints. The DVD's that did work were helpful to work along with the book.
The big issue is that after I returned it to Amazon and explained that it had a defective DVD still had to pay freight and it took Amazon time to refund the amount. Other than that it helps understand more of the Chinese arts for developing Chi.
