She reminds me of JJ she has that gravely earthy tonal quality,I can't believe it's FREE, I hope she continues this style. She could do ME & BOBBY Mc in a flash.

This is one awesome EP. I can hardly believe Amazon was offering it for free! It's a jazzy, soulful, bluesy kind of offering, apparently recorded live. There's some great guitar work here, but the real highlight is Shearer's voice, which just reaches out and takes hold of you. I've checked out some of the rest of her work, but it seems like her studio albums just aren't as good. I don't know if it's the production or what, but they're just too slick and smooth... boring compared to the rough, raw, and energized songs on this EP. It probably helps that these songs are the closest she's come to rock, so they have a little more "oomph" than some of her other work.

Wow! I've never heard of this singer before, but, she has an amazing, sultry voice. Definitely the best free album I've found on Amazon to date. I will definitely be checking out more of her music.

Just finished listening to the album and i am playing it again. You have great voice and excellent music. I got it for free but wont mind paying for your next album. Keep it up.
