4.0 out of 5 stars Great for Collectors, Too Rough for Neophytes, July 29, 2009

This review is from: Live At Woburn (Audio CD)
Capturing Jimi's July 6th, 1968 performance at the Woburn Music festival, this disc represents the only concert Hendrix gave in England in 1968 (aside from a TV show hosted by Dusty Springfield). Voodoo Child (Slight Return) is played live for only the third time. The show is rough due to amp problems and two songs are not complete (Tax Free and Sgt. Pepper's). I'd say this is the roughest of all Dagger releases, but well worth having for any serious Hendrix fan.
