Having folllowed Brian Kennedy since his days with VAN MORRISON'
I remain a huge fan.
However his latest live cd tops everything he has done before.
If you like a voice that sounds as pure as Christopher Cross!
If you like your Music Heartfelt' then this is the music for you.
The stand out tracks on this live cd are as follows.
CHRISTOPHER STREET...SO WHAT IF IT RAINS...THE BALLAD OF Killaloe.
These 3 songs are worth the purchase alone.
The studio cds as good as they are'just dont capture his outstanding voice like a live concert does.
I dont normally enjoy live concerts.
But this is the exception.
Also check out the live dvd of this concert.
It has a superb documentry with Brian at home in the hills of TIPPERARY.

Brian Kennedy has a voice of pure perfection. Pitch-perfect, melodic and truely engaging. Here you get to sample it completely 'live'. Recorded in his hometown of Belfast, he takes you through classic tracks like 'Only Love Can Break Your Heart',
'The Road to Killaloe', 'Crazy Love' and 'Life,Love & Happiness'. His music is very much acoustic driven and relies heavily on beautiful melodies. You get a mix of 'Irish Folk', 'Pop' and 'Soulful ballads'. Every true music lover should own a Brian Kennedy album and this one fits the bill perfectly.
