The boys from front 242 rarely fail to please their fan following. Live code is no exception with terrific mixing, sampling and a beat set that keeps ya going back for more.Definitely worth the time of picking up.

I feel that this live album is much better than their other one "Re:boot 98". The sound quality is much better without the vocals being amplified. Most of the songs are the same as in the other album, but there are a few that aren't, such as Tyranny for You, Motion, and Skin. Like I said, this sounds different(better) that the other live album so if you weren't impressed with it or are looking for another version of live Front242 than look no further.

i was impulse buying when i picked this CD up, kinda liked the cover and case. But for the amount of time and wear i have put into this disc, it is well worth it. This is a great CD. They sound exceptional live, as well.

Vintage 242,

This album may rate as one of the three the best live industrial/ebm releases ever produced, the other two being "Live Wired" from Front Line Assembly and "Ain't It Dead Yet" from Skinny Puppy. The treatments of the cuts from Up Evil, especially "Crapage," are especially good. However, the version of "Punish Your Machine" makes the disc worth buying itself. The live vocals of Daniel B. and Jean Luc de Meyer make harsh the otherwise more toned down studio tracks.
