This c.d. is the best yet. Not only the writing but the vocals as well. Harvey Jr. made up his mind that he would sing again and on this c.d. he gives us his all. Gospel Radio stations are playing the wrong songs. Ever cut is good. "Memories" (When will I see you again?) is a great song but "Invisible Faith" is the one that should get the most "airplay". Dwayne-Corneilous writes from his heart and plays that guitar as if his very salvation depends on it. "I've made it" is the number two song that Radio Stations should be playing. Listen as Harvey sings...just a child walking the streets... And wait till you hear the invitation to "Come On Down". Dwayne-Corneilous is so powerful and sincere it is hard to believe that he is under 40 years old. There is something Devine in him. Run out and purchase this c,d, but more importantly when you hear that they are in your area go and have your own LIVE! CANTON SPIRITUALS EXPERIENCE.

I am a very big fan of the Canton Spirituals. I was in the Flea Market in Birmingham. I was shopping. I heard this good sounding spiritual music. I did not know that the Canton Spirituals had a new tape out. I went up to the man & asked him who sings that song? The song that was playing was Still Waters. I immediately told the man to let me buy that tape. I also own another tape of theirs. I pray that Jesus keeps using them. I really enjoy their music. They remind me of the William Brothers, whom I also love & have taken pictures with. The songs that the Canton Spirituals made on this tape are awesome. I was really moved by the song in the store. I say to them to keep up what Jesus has blessed them with!

It's time once again to start making out those gift list. Gifts to give and gifts you wish to receive. I recommend that you place The Canton Spirituals Live In Jackson, Mississippi on both list. Let's start giving gifts that will keep on giving. The gift of music is perfect because it is both personal and private. Music can be blasted over speakers or played softly in headphones. Listening to Harvey,Jr., sing about "Invisible Faith", is the song that could return someone to Church. You can measure a song by how long it stays with you. These songs will stay with you for a very long time. I had a funny thing happen to me today. I was walking to the bus shelter, wishing I had a car and feeling sorry for myself when the words to "I've Made It" came to me... just a child walking the streets, didn't go to college, no degree, but I've Made It. I smiled. I'm blessed by the BEST. That was proof positive for me that this is a hit. See I didn't attend college either and most of my classmates have much more in material gain then I do but I BELIEVE IN JESUS. I DO. I REALLY, REALLY BELIEVE. In other words with Jesus in my heart, I've made it. Listen to Harvey Jr. sing Invisible Faith and you'll know what I mean. This is a very good c.d. Still Water written and sung by Dwayne is how the real church song is suppose to be done. Pick a song, any song and your soul will be blessed. Can I give it more than 5 stars?

I WAS FIRST INTRODUCED TO THE CANTONS BACK IN 1994 BY MY PARENTS . I SINCE THEN HAVE BECOME IF NOT THE CANTONS BIGGEST FAN THEN THEIR MOST BLESSED. "I MADE IT" SPEAKS ABOUT ME A COUNTRY BOY JUST LIKE HARVEY JR. I TOO THOUGHT I WOULD NOT AMOUNT TO ANYTHING. I HAVE BEEN INSPIRED BY THE SONGS OF THIS POWERFUL DISC AND IT MOVES ME TO REJOICE IN THE SPIRIT. I THANK GOD FOR THE CANTONS THEY HAVE HELP KEEP ME FOCUSED ON CHRIST JESUS. For 68 minutes I am in a safe place as these young men from Mississippi take me where Gospel music was and where it is and where it is going. Picking a favorite is most difficult. When I want to move, I program the c.d. player to repeat "What Love" or "Come On Down". When I need to laugh or simply smile, I "Recognize" the power of the Lord. When I raise up, to Praise up the Lord in song, it has got to be, "Praise Him" and "Pearly Gates". Now, whenever you need to felt the presence of the Lord, "Invisible Faith", "I've Made It" and "Memories" are the songs that will bring the realness of JESUS to your soul. To GOD be the Glory and Thank you God for calling Harvey Jr, Corneilous-Dwayne, Merlin, Victor, Wallace, Norm,Thomas and Ty into this ministry, and thank you "Cantons" for answering HIS most high call.

You cannot appreciate gospel until you've heard and seen the canton spirituals, see them on video, or live concerts, listen to their cds or tapes,,,, you will fall in love with GOD all over again, these young men are anointed to sing the gospel to the world, and if you think you love gospel, they are a must have,,, you are indeed cheated of a greeat experience if you do not have any of their music... all of their music should complete your collection... they are absolutely the best!!!

I think that this CD is a blessing. Whenever I'm feeling down and out, I love to listen to the Canton's. I truely believe that they are living the life they sing about. My son also loves to listen to the Canton's. He and I both were blessed to have seen them live in our hometown.
