I purchased this album about a month ago, and I can honestly say this is one of the finest recently released JLL albums to date. The album was originally recorded at the now defunct "Gilley's" bar in Texas during the late 70's throughout the 80's (Mickey Gilley is JLL's cousin).The album contains a majority of JLL standards, and a rocking version of Chuck Berry's, "Memphis, Tennessee." If you like JLL, and especially his live act, you will love this album. Listen to it!

This is the next best thing to being there. A great live set - reflecting JLL current stage show. If you are looking for a recent concert CD for your collection this is great. If you just want the hits or one JLL album take one of the Greatest Hits package. One for the JLL collector rather than the occasional listener.

This CD is the finest Jerry Lee Lewis performance out of all of the CDs and video cassette tapes that I have of him. Most of the songs are fast-paced "action" type instead of his slower (country-style) music.This is a must for any fan/collector of JLL. Hopefully more CDs of this quality will be available by Jerry Lee soon.

Judging by the asking price this must be a collectors item, not just for the fans, but the dealers. This CD is one of the best for sound quality, and even better than another 'Live at Gilleys Radio recording' that I have. From my own collection of over 50 Jerry Lee CDs I would rate this the best of in terms of sound quality. Even better than some studio recordings. It's clear and crisp and as if you are at the concert. A great selection of tracks that every Jerry Lee fan would have heard many times, but this CD is enhanced above all others for clarity with hardly any audience excitement to spoil the sound of the concert. Jerrys voice is solid, all the musicians can be heard with no distortion. An excellant investment with five star rating going to the Killer.
