let the buyer beware,

That's right. Let the buyer beware. If you are considering purchasing this c.d. because of Phil Woods appearance at the Jazz Showcase you should know in advance (I didn't) that Phil Woods does NOT appear on the last two selections on this recording. Everything goes very well when Phil is part of the group, but the energy of the playing suffers considerably on the last two selections. Mr. Lark is a competent player, but I bought this c.d. to hear Phil Woods, and I was really disappointed that he is not on the last two numbers. There is no mention of this on the packaging.
