Amazing! There's no other word I can use to describe this album. Since Selena's death in March 31, 1995, I have been waiting the release of this CD. After I bought it, the first thing I did was opening it and put it in my car's CD player. What an experience! I just could not believe that Selena is actually dead. I felt her presence, her passion, her energy, her talent. Wow! I bought it today and I have listened to it like five times. I am definitely going to burn it in the next days. So many hits: "Amor Prohibido", "Baila Esta Cumbia", "Techno Cumbia", "El Chico Del Apartamento 512", "La Carcacha", "Como La Flor"! Selena's whole career in 50 minutes of live music with that magic touch she gave to her music in live performances. Even though this is a compilation of old hits, I think it should win the Grammy for Best Latin Pop Album next year! Definitely, Selena's music will keep her memory alive in the hearts of her fans forever!

Selena Quintanilla Perez was without a doubt one of the finest singers of our generation....in any language. This CD shows just how popular and loved she was. It's heartbreaking to hear, and know we will never again be able to see her perform. Buy this cd, and honor her memory by fulfilling your own dreams in a positive way! Viva Selena......para siempre!

I'm a very huge fan Of Selena and have been for years. There's not a day that goes by that i dont listen to her music, all i have to say about "The Last Concert" is wow!!! You can tell Selena gave it her all in whatever she did and this is just one of the many examples! Thanks to her I look at things in a different light and do what i thought she would approve of. I'm going to have to go out and buy another cd because i know i'm going to wear this out. Selena, we all love you very much and we know you have all the electric lights on up in heaven.

Selena's Angel

All i have to say is wow! Selena really was the artist of the people and with this cd you can tell that her heart was into her music as well as her fans, which was nothing new for Selena. I have been a fan of Selena's for years now, sadly many Americans didnt come to know our angel until after her death. This cd will give everyone that didnt know about her and her fans the feeling out being at the unforgetable concert Febuary 1995. Her music came to touch us all and her death left a imprint in our heart, never will the world see another Selena. I listen to her cd's everysingle day and even though the 6 year anniversary of her death is just days away i find myself crying. A person has never touched me the way Selena has, the pain is still so deep and i would do ANYTHING to have her back with us. Someone once told me that Selena wouldnt want her fan in pain, she would want her (me) to move on with my life. I have but i still cant get over the fact that Selena's gone. Our loss was heavens gain. *Special Note For Selena*... We all miss you down here so much, i would give anything to have you back with us singing and bringing everyone joy. You have left an impack on the world and for that it's a better place. I know you're up in heaven with those electric lights on singing your heart out. WE LOVE YOU SELENA!

Selena is my favorite performer of ALL-TIME for good reason: She rocks! I'm Asian-American but her music still speaks to me, and I learned Spanish because of her. My Hispanic friends let me know who Selena was before her death, but I really got hooked, line and sinker, after I heard about her tragic death on March 31, 1995. Selena also first inspired me to sing, and since I've flourished musically, and I hope to dedicate my first album to her someday! SELENA LIVE: THE LAST CONCERT is a superb and thrilling tribute to one of the world's most promising stars. She was that good...she was IT! Singing LIVE she shines like Venus in the sky; where most lose (especially during LIVE performances when most of the singing is done poorly or is lipsync-d) Selena succeeds tremendously! I miss her immensely - no other performer, ever, can top this charismatic beauty! Really! Vive Selena Quintanilla-Perez!

Selena's 'Live, The Last Concert' is an important release, it is the first since Selena's death that finally is able to do justice to her stage presense. Selena's talent was quadrupled once she stepped on stage.

The best tracks on this album is the completey remasted, and restored "Disco Medley" the difference from previous 'cleaned up' cuts of the track is very noticible. THIS ONE IS SO MUCH BETTER, the music is stronger, and the back up vocals from her back up singers fit right in.

"Amor Prohibido" is another hit, that is filled with so much energy when sung live. And talk about change, you talk about "Techno Cumbia" live, it is so much better then the studio cut. The enthusiasm of the 64,000 people that's there is so contagious, when the sing along with it. It's incredible. The extended versions of "La Carcacha" and "Como La Flor" fit right in, in this excellent release.

Selena's strong voice is unleashed to the extreme here, something that was not captured on any of her studio records.

This is one of Selena's best, it easily rivals "All My Hits - Todos Mis Exitos" as the best Selena album. If you have that album, you can not let this one go by. Its a terrific listening experience!

Well, ok, I have lots to say, but that is the one word that I can think of!! This CD is OFF THE HOOK!! I have been a fan for years and like the Selena LIVE! CD this one blew my mind. It is as if you are REALLY attending the concert, I had my car stereo on full blast singing along. Can't wait for the video to be released!! Thank you to the Quintanilla Family for keeping her alive through her music! Viva Selena Para Siempre!!!

At long last, after waiting for so long, Selena's most famous concert is finally on CD!!! It all occurred in front of 64,000 people on February 26, 1995 @ The Houston Astrodome. Obviously, her talent was immense. No other artist that Ive seen can sing and dance so naturally to Disco, Pop, R&B and Tejano all in one 1 hour long concert. She was simply extroadinary.

Its so hard to review this CD, becuase every single track is so energetic and wonderful. First, there is the now famous Disco Medley. But the live "Amor Prohibido" is so vibrant to listen to, as is Tus Desprecios" and "Si Una Vez". We also get her heart-breaking performance of "Como La Flor" before she exited the Astrodome for the last time. Again, its hard to point out tracks, becuase they are all so wonderful.

I can't say enough how great this album is, its simply the best of the best. I can't wait for the DVD of the concert to come out, soon.

Selena Quintanilla Perez...what a wonderful artist....this concert was so amazing..I attended this concert in 1995...not knowing that this was her final performance.She gave it her all and she was looking beautiful as always.This concert will always be a favorite of mine.She put all the hits into one show.I was blown away by her performance....From the disco medley to Ya Ves to Como La Flor to No Me Queda Mas...She did it all..She had it all....the moves,the voice,the smile...She was so devoted to her fans.There will never be no one like her.Selena was well on her way to becoming a huge star in the English language market.But this concert shows you how big she was on the Latin side.Selena still remains the biggest selling Latin artist ever and most likely will remain that way.So make sure you pick up a copy of this cd today..You will not regret it........SELENA VIVE!!!!!!!!!!

The reason my review is called ''I cant belive it!!!''' is because I thought that Selena's spanish songs wouldn't be good. What I mean is I don't know a word of spanish and any song that I don't understand I kinda know I wont like the songs but Selena's songs WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The songs have a good beat everything!!!!! That's why I'm this album 5 stars. And today I wanted ''Selena - Greatest hits'' but I changed my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO getting this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!
