A Unique Selection - Classical/Farsi/Traditional & Modern Qs, July 4, 2000

Being an ardent listener of NFAK Qawwalis, I will strongly recommend this "unique selction" . It contains: - 1: Classical Qawwali, slow but heavy in verses - 2: Farsi Qawwali - A beautiful selection from Hazrat Amir Khusrau's Kalaam Very Upbeat and stimulating - 3: Traditional - Hazrat Amir Khusrau's Kalaam. Though slow one. - 4: Modern Qawwali - Iqbal's Poetry (Shikwa /Jawab Shikwa) - Having read the poetry of Iqbal, I thoroughly enjoyed the recitation of "Shikwah/Jawab" by NFAK. Wonderful Piece!
