If you love Grappelli & Reinhardt, you'll love this group.,

This review is from: Live MCMVC (1995) (Audio CD)
This group reproduces (intentionally) the sound of the original Hot Club of Paris, which featured Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grappelli. They do, however, manage to produce their own style despite the obvious influence of the earlier group. The featured players are very good and violin solos on such tunes as "Oriental Shuffle" and "I've got a Right to Sing the Blues" are wonderful. The group consists of accostical guitars, violins and bass. You will love this album.
