Fans of Y&T have been waiting a long time for a Live DVD release and they were not disappointed. From the first song to the very last, Y&T pour it on. I was greatly surprised that the show lasted for approximately two hours. Although they were some songs I wished they had played such as Midnight in Tokyo and Hang 'Em high it was still a good show. On a side note, you do get a performance of Midnight in Tokyo on the bonus disc during a sound check. So all in all everything is nicely packaged and worth the price. The Live CD is a nice touch. Now if they can dig up some vintage footage from back in the day, that would be awesome.

One HOT Night is a great title for this show because after the first song the guys are just dripping in sweat, the show is Amazing full of great music and lots of energy. Y&T gives it 110% and they play songs from their entire career, both video and sound quality are Excellent, a must have.

I've been a fan of Y&T since the release of Black Tiger, but never had the oppotunity to see them live. Their live shows have always been legendary and I always heard that they could wipe the stage with most bands, that's probably why some of the bigger bands in the 80's wouldn't bring them along as an opening act. Well, to put it simply, Y&T delivers on all accounts. This package has everything a fan could want; 2 DVDs and a CD of highlights from the show.

The concert DVD is over 2 hrs. of pure rock-n-roll heaven. There are VERY few bands that can play for more than 2 hrs. and leave fans saying - "I wish the had played (insert your favorite song here). Y&T IS one of these bands. The bonus DVD has backstage, soundcheck, fan interaction and footage from the Bang Your Head Festival. Then there's the CD that has 80 mins. from the show. Basically you get a ton of stuff in one great package.

This is a fantastic collection for any Y&T fan. The fans have always been loyal to the band and this shows that the band is just as loyal to their fans. In the liner notes Dave Meniketti mentions more DVDs to come - let's hope so. Y&T ROCKS!

Dave's voice sounds as great as ever and they play tight renditions of their numerous hits in a surprisingly small venue. Great videography captures them up close. Nice bonus performances too of them playing outdoors at a German heavy metal festival.

First off, when the day comes that Dave Meniketti misses a step - somebody let me know. That day has not come yet!

I find it hard to believe that this was recorded recently. This sounds like the Y&T of yesterday. 100% as hard, tight, clean, etc. Every bit up to the extremely high standards that we all have grown to expect from Meniketti. An excellent collection of Y&T favorites, too. Loved the intro by John Nymann on "Summertime Girls."

This DVD set isn't just for Y&T fans (we have been waiting a long time for something like this.) Any hard-rocking fan of 80's rock is in for a major treat. Take note that I say "80's rock" and not "pop." This is hard-hitting stuff. Legitimate rock from a rock legend. If you've missed out all of these years and never listened to Y&T - here's your chance!

I also want to thank whoever filmed/edited the video. I'm so freaking sick of modern concert videos! This is an exception. Good looks at a great band without all the distracting garbage that so many other video producers have defiled their product with (Take that, Steve Harris!)

Thank you, Y&T, for withstanding the heat and giving us something to keep forever. Now... what's next!

I have been a Y&T fan since the early 80's. I have seen the band perform live upwards of 50 times (at least, perhaps more, I have honestly lost count). They have always given a good show, whether at a small club or a stadium in their 80's heyday, but I really think that things have improved with age. This performance on DVD I would rate in the top ten shows I have seen. Sure, I wasn't there with the fans, sharing that live energy, and that will detract slightly from the experience of watching the show but the band in their curent lineup has really "jelled" for the more recent shows. I saw them in Petaluma, CA on Dec 1, 2007 and that has to have been their best performance to date. This DVD rates up near the top. Highly recommended. Dave, Phil, John, and Mike... Keep on rockin'. Your fans love you.

Y&T is one of the greatest rock
bands of all time and Dave Meinketti
is one of the greatest guitar players
and singers also. The DVD proves that
rock isn't dead and Dave and the boys
rock the house. The song list and the
extras are just awesome. Also a CD with
it makes this a hell of a package. The
songs during the sound check are awesome!
It's ashame Y&T wasn't bigger but the fact
that bands like them and UFO, ACDC, Motorhead
etc... proves that rock hasn't died yet.
Keep Rockin' Y&T!

May be the closest I ever get to seeing these guys live ; every time I'm supposed to something happens . So I was thrilled to hear they were doing a live dvd from their last tour . These guys sound great . Dave's voice is so strong and the band is really tight . Love that Les Paul sound ! Be sure and watch the sound check songs . Great to also have the cd in the package . Highlights for me are Lonely Side Of Town and Eyes Of A Stranger . Not a bad song here , great choice of songs .

Has all the energy you need and can reasonably expect from the guys at this age. Pure rock to enjoy, with a truly sincere effort. A good deal with 2 DVD's and a CD. And excellent video and audio quality. A 5+.

The bonus disk is a nice touch too, especially the 'after concert' scenes in the dressing room. Helps you appreciate how much effort went in. Would love to see them in concert now.
