This is one of the best CD Patti has ever done. Hope this has the video version. I'm trying to find one but i just could not find it anywhere. If anybody knows where I can get it, please let me know.
This is a must to have CD...

ONLY TO YOUR SURPRISE, THE WONDERFUL PATTI AUSTIN IS PERFORMING..TRUE ITS A FANTASY ..BUT THIS CD HAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE FEELING EVER CAPTURED ON A DISC.

FIRST YOU DISCOVER THAT PATTI IS INFECTIOUS, HER COMEDIC BREAKS BETWEEN SONGS ARE BOTH GOOD NATURED AND HILARIOUS. HER BANTER CONCERNING ANITA BAKER, MICHEAL JACKSON,CHER AND MICHEAL MCDONALD ARE JUST PLAIN FUNNY..I'VE BEEN TO COMEDY CLUBS AND DIDNT LAUGH AS MUCH AS I DID ON THIS CD....... AND THEN PATTI BECOMES THE VOCAL STYLIST YOU CANT HELP BUT TO APPRECIATE.

HER SET INCLUDES THE BEAUTIFUL UNDERATED 'THE GIRL THAT USE TO BE ME..THE DANCE GROOVE,THE HEAT OF HEAT..THE WONDERFUL BROADWAY DITTY, 'I CAN COOK TOO'..THE LUSCIOUS TRADEMARK SONG,"HOW DO YOU KEEP THE MUSIC PLAYING'...THE RARE(AND HARD TO FIND AT THE CD STORES) FUNK VERSION OF "DO YOU LOVE ME'...THE SOFT JAZZ RADIO FAVORITE,'THROUGH THE THE TEST OF TIME'..AND MANY MORE SURPRISES.

ONE OF THE TRUE DISPLAYS OF TOTAL ENTERTAINMENT IS THE PATTI AUSTIN LIVE CD.....A TALENT AND RECORDING THAT WILL ALWAYS LEAVE YOU WITH AWE OF HER VOCAL ABILITY...AND HER WONDERFUL SENSE OF HUMOR.

This cd captures Patti at her best. I've loved it at different times and seasons in my life. Right now, track # 3 which is the Stephen Bishop cover of "It Might Be You" is just a stellar recording. Patti outdoes herself on this one. This song alone is worth the price of the cd.

Talented singer, charming, and funny is what you get when you hear Patti Austin on this CD. I laughed so hard at her imitations of other singers, and delighted in hearing her sing. What a voice!

This is an excellent CD. Patti Austin is performing her greatest hits and some new songs (at the time) that can only be sung in the unique, stylish manner of Patti Austin. Excellent CD!
