My favorite of the shows released from '95,

This review is from: Live Phish 10/21/95 (Audio CD)
Sound, performance, song selection - top notch in regards to all three. I actually prefer this to 12/31/95, which I've always believed to be a tad overrated. It's hard to point out highlights because everything is played so well. The version of Reba in the first set is easliy in my top 5 favorite versions. It's also nice to finally have an Acoustic Army on disc, even if it's a tad underrecorded. Read the accounts on Live Phish about what was happening on the UNL campus the day of this show. It gives some insight as to why the energy level was so high.
Highly, highly reccomended!! 4 & 1/2 stars.
