Live/Raw is chocked full of concert footage from 3 different venues. It also features a music video, a hilarious Cribs spoof, a photo gallery, and even an Easter Egg. It's perfect for any fan of live rock music. Of course, the DVD is a must-have for fans of the Lovehammers - especially if you haven't had a chance to see the band live and have been reading all the
enthusiastic reviews from concert-goers.

This concert brings the rawness to the DVD in the sense that it has much more of a "bite" to it - a kind of ferocity.

The entire set is acoustic. Probably the biggest treat for the die-hard Lovehammers fan, because it is insightful. You get to hear the stories behind the songs. There's some great banter amongst the band and also between the band and the crowd.

This DVD is, as the title proclaims, RAW. It's not supposed to be stylish and fluffy pop tripe. It's down and dirty rock and roll the way God intended. And nobody does gut-wrenching powerful rock and roll like Lovehammers.

Marty, Dino, Bobby, and Billy tear it up on stage in true Lovehammers style through three riveting sets at three different venues: Metro, Double Door, and Schubas. The Schubas set is especially amazing because it's a sort of "unplugged" type of performance, and fans watching the DVD will love to hear what the band has to say during the show!

The previous review covered all the sections in wonderful detail, so I will simply add that, as a Lovehammers fan, I can't say enough great things about this DVD. If you enjoy hard rock and energetic performances, you will not be disappointed in this gem.

PRICELESS DVD for all fans!!!! Marty Casey at his essence and high voltage XS ENERGY BEST--Marty puts the "E" for Energy in Motion =EMotion!!!!!!! GREAT LH song selections!!! Scintillating high energy --LH sparking off each other--these guys are THE BEST GROUP EVER--see for yourself!!!!!! Heart+soulful Schubas set--acoustics+++++. Fantabulous!!!! (fantastic and fabulous!!!--gotta invent new words or something--words cannot express enough how wonderful it is to own this DVD!!!).

Ultrasound is on here == beginnning with Bobby's Greek god of Thunder drumbeats (Please Please LH--re-release Ultrasound CD songs--we who have heard it LOVE IT)!!! Ethereal Dino and Billy pulsating guitar riffs!!!! "Sky is Falling" --ooooh WOW...--got all I could get and I don't have this one!!! Besides ample pulsating videos at various venues, this DVD also has tons of great pictures!!! Bobby and Dino invite you to see where they live!!!--fun and funny!video!! AND, there is also on track number 3 a cute video of Marty as a kid rocker--!!!

I keep mine in a climate-controlled fireproof safe--although--it is so HOT--hope it won't spontaneously combust (thankfully, it is also so "COOL" it is probably safe from the spontaneously combusting thing!!!)!!! Enraptured ecstasy to own and view this LH DVD!!! Whether you are fan of Marty Casey or LH or both, you will LOVE this DVD (I am betting you will be LH fan too if not yet)!!!

ABSOLUTELY BUY IT --you will thank yourself and your excellent good judgement to get this prized DVD!!!

This DVD is horrible! The production is terrible, the music is barely understanable. If you want to buy something good from this band buy one of their CDs or even the new one coming out. But this DVD isn't even a collector's item. I gave mine away.
