I usually don't care much for live CDs. After much hesitation, I recently purchased this CD. Man, am I glad I made that decision. This CD is fantastic!

Both artists are in top form, sounding very energetic and they compliment each other very well. This set features both live solo performances as well as duets.

Of particular interest to me was Roberta's reading of the late Gwen Guthrie's "God Don't Like Ugly". Her live performance of this song has always been more bouncy and vigorous than the version she originally recorded on the 'Roberta Flack Featuring Donny Hathaway' album.

Bryson sounds as soulful and stunning as ever, putting in a superb performance on each and every song. Both he and Flack are consummate artists.

If you dig either artist, this CD is absolutely essential for your collection. It is a pure delight from beginning to end.

This is a fantastic live album...Peabo and Roberta toured in the 80's and they captured their beautiful music on this cd. If you like live music, then this is a must buy.

the world has had the pleasure of hearing. I have a special place in my heart for this CD. I bought the album when it was released over 20 years ago....almost wore it out! And I once sang "If Only For One Night" in a talent competition. This was before Luther did the song and worked his magic on it (there was no magic when I sang it). And speaking of Luther...guess who's doing background vocals on this album. Yes, Luther, before he stepped up to the foreground! Both Roberta and Peabo have wonderful voices and together, they are fantastic as well. By now, some of the songs are a little dated but if you like both of these singers, the songs work because of the singers.

That was an awesome recording for it's time. Remember digital was invemted during those days, so the sound quality wasn't the best. Other than that this was one of my favorite. Roberta and Peabo were simply marvelous!

If you listen to "Fell Like Making Love", you can hear Luther Vandross ad-libbing all in the background on this song. Plus he was the vocal coach for this tour. Listen to the background singers and think of how his style of music was on his records. You're see what I'm talking about. They say that he was tearing the backgrounds up so bad that the sisters were coming to the concerts just to hear him sing background! So he had to be release from the group simply because he was too good to be just a mere background vocalist.

This is an excellent live recording by two phenomenal artists. Peabo Bryson effortlessly wraps his rich tenor around classic ballets and duets amazingly with Roberta Flack. Don't let the age of this release fool you (roughly 1983), it's loaded with tracks from both their musical catalogs and offers real music. I had this recording and lost it, but I'm GRATEFUL to find it again!!! "Live & More's" music is for the grown and sexy and will provide perfect background music for romantic evenings. One can't help but hear the late Luther Vandross working out vocally in the background. For a much needed break from some of todays' R&B acts, this definitely is a must have!!!!

I really enjoyed the cassette. I had been looking for this album for a while. I was delievered in the time stated and in very good condition. Thanks a million!!

I would have given this a 5, but the recording of this was bad. Other than that, the list of songs are good, but the audio recording was not what I thought it would be. I understand this stuff was recorded back in the day, but come on now.

Another good thing was to hear Luther Vandross all over this singing backgrounds!

this a classic Soulful Live Album.Roberta Flack&Peabo Bryson sound Great together.the songs&vibe are right on time.this is a must have.
