For those of you who are fans of Tenacious-D, you will know who Kyle Gass is, and you will have heard how good he is on guitar! Trainwreck is the other band that Kyle Gass plays guitar for, (which alot of people didn't know, including myself until I looked him up on wikipedia!) I bought this album to check out his other stuff, and to I'm glad I did! My only real complaint is that their other albums aren't yet on amazon! To date he has 3 in total:
Trainwreck - Live (2004), Trainwreck - The EP (2006), The Wreckoning (2008) If anybody tracks the others down, tell EVERYBODY!! Cuz WE WANT MORE!!

Kyle Gass and Lee in a Tenacious D sideproject. A little bit country, a Lot of Rock N' Roll. There are some great songs on this, but it is a bootleg so I can't give it the 5-stars that a studio album would garner. But It does wet one's appetite when that day comes. 11 songs with 3 titles that are banter between the band members. The standout tracks are "White Lions," "Pills," "Rock Responsibly," and my personal favorite "Trainrock (Trainroll)." "Permanent Wood" is also a very funny ballad-type excursion. Overall a very solid outing, can't wait to see what they do in the future.
