This concert was so awesome! If you like Sunny Day Real Estate then get this video. If only it were available on DVD. I promise you. It's worth the money.

I found this video very helpful in my real estate career. Some of the ideas may sound a little strange at first, but when you understand the psychology of the arguments or how to overcome an objection, everything seemed to fall right into place. My sales volume jumped the last month from 2,975,000 and is up to 6,250,578 this month.
