I saw Shawn Mullins last night at (where else?) the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta on the anniversary of the recording of this live CD. As always, it was a terrific show.

If you've never seen him in concert, this CD is a great moment in time, capturing much of the spirit of his live performances.

Shawn Mullins doesn't have the name recognition he deserves, but most people will hear at least a couple of songs on this album and realize that they do know his music.

I wish I could introduce him to all music fans; he's just that good. His mesmerizing voice talking/singing his tales of life are just the very best.

Saw this concert Live last year and the performance far exceeded my expectations. I remember saying that it was well worth the $20 ticket price to see such an awesome performance (considering what $20 will get you these days). I'd gladly pay ~$20 to see it again.

Shawn Mullins' performance is captured in a way that makes me feel like I'm right there with him. He is a musician of rare form, taking his life experiences on the road and spinning them into beautiful lyrics and melodies that seem continuously fresh. If you like any of Shawn Mullins' music, you will like this video.

If all you know of Shawn is Lullaby, aka "Rockabye"- you don't know Shawn. He is a gifted singer and songwriter, soulful and genuine. I first saw this on TV and it stopped me dead in my tracks. I knew a bit of his music before, but this turned me into a fanatic. I actually flew to Atlanta to see multiple shows at Eddie's Attic in Decatur and enjoyed every second of it.

If you ever find yourself in or near Atlanta, do yourself a favor and check his web site to see where he's playing.

This DVD is a must for Shawn Mullins fans. Seeing him tell his stories in song and interact with the audience is great. Also, his band rocks! I love watching them bring the songs to life. Can't wait until he's live in our town again.

I've been a huge fan of Shawn Mullins since the mid-90's and his live shows are without a doubt the best entertainment money can buy. This DVD is a perfect representation of both his talent as one of the very best song-writers of our time and definitely one of the smoothest voices you will ever enjoy. If you've seen him live, you already know why this DVD will be special. If you haven't seen him live, you're going to be hooked after this purchase. Either way, you're in for a treat!

I can't say enough good things about this DVD. I've been a fan since 1992 and have seen Shawn perform live quite a few times. Whether your an old fan like me or new to Shawn's music you can't go wrong buying this DVD and if you have the chance to see him live definitely take advantage of it.

Shawn Mullins is such an incredible musician. Next best thing to being there.
I would buy it again. Recommend it to fans.

Finally a live concert dvd from the U.S. of A. I have a live concert from Down Under, which was hell to get transferred over to a readable VHS format (Thanks Julie in Sydney!). I've seen Shawn live a few times, and it's always a great show. I know that this DVD will be no different.
