This book takes one from outlining their biggest dreams to listing obstacles and strategizing how to overcome them. Taking time to complete every page of this book had a life-altering impact on my thinking and actions. A must for anyone who is ready for BIG POSITIVE changes!

It has been such a blessing in my life to have this book by Joyce Chapman. I hope to share it with more people. I have discovered the wonderful book Self-Esteem from Joyce Chapman's list of other good books to read. I continue to learn and grow. She talks about having a Dream coach to check in with someone and ask them how are they living their dream. It is so nice to have someone to help with your life's goals. Journaling is the key! I hope to make friends who like this book or are interested in better journaling ideas. Aloha from Hawaii.

I found this book to be very empowering! It is a wonderful book that actually gives you the tools you need to create your dream. The author asks the hard questions that help you to zero in on what makes your heart sing, overcome what is holding you back, and then to stay motivated enough to accomplish your goal! Whenever I get stuck, I grab my copy and whatever page happens to flip open, has the insight and encouragement I need in that moment. I love the wisdom. Thank you Joyce Chapman for writing this book!
