Emottion is Every song,

This review is from: Live at Billy Bob's Texas (Audio CD)
Kevin FowlerLive At Billy Bobs The album is recorded live and by just hearing the first song, you know that it is going to be a good time. His voice sounds like he is having a great time when he starts "100% Texan". The album has his best songs from his first two records. The first song, "100% Texan" just makes a Texan proud. He describes how it feels to be out in the country on a rainy summer night. The sound is the typical country and western twang. "Not Lovin' Anymore" is a sad song but its good to listen to after a breakup. He says, "I feel sorry for the next one in line" and that line helped me get over a hard breakup. Most of his songs are up beat and make you want to party, but "Not Lovin Anymore" is a slow sad song. The next song picks the pace back up. All the other songs are great for doing activities such as partying or when your at the lake or dancing. I usually listen to this CD when I'm plowing fields on my family farm or having a party. Kevin Fowler sounds like Jason Boland and Cross Canadian Ragweed. They all have the same attitude towards country music. That the music s doesn't have to came from Nashville to be country. His newest record, "Loose Loud and Crazy" is a fairly good cd. Most of the songs are good.

Best Kevin Fowler CD,

This CD has Kevin's best songs on it, before he started to try to sound Nashville. If you like hanky panky texas country this is for you. If you like Rascal Flatts you probably won't get into the boot stompin and fiddle playing. I would also suggest Pat Green, Randy Rogers, and Aaron Watson.
