never received company lost in mail ??? you figure!!!!!,

wish i had the pleasure of viewing/listening to Ry Cooder. Company says it was lost in the mail? Hate to say this but it took me forever to hear that, and I had to inquire. A good responsible business would have contacted me and asked if I was satisfied with my purchase. If I had not contacted them I would be out of my DVD and $$$$$. Still waiting for the $$$/credit or DVD to be sent.
