9 Lives Scented Jumbo Cat Litter Pan Liners - 5 Bags

I LOVE my 4 legged kids, as I'm sure you do with yours - but lets face it, cleaning their toilet is even less fun than cleaning ours :-) I began using litter-box liners years ago after getting tired of going through the routine Lysol thorough cleaning process after a cycle of litter had been used up. But... as I will begin to explain why, in my humble opinion, these 9 lives "jumbo" scented liners aren't worth a single red cent. (I also don't smell any scent - maybe mine had already worn off before purchase)

I have used every brand of liner that I know of at one time or another. One day I was at my local store and noticed they had these same 9 lives liners, but a box of 10 instead of 5, on clearance for $2 so I thought, "why not give 'em a try?" As soon as I pulled one from the box, I knew instantly it was the biggest waste of $2 I'd ever spent! To start with - on the box and used as Amazon's description, it says: "Easy Litter Pan Cleanup, Fits Most Standard Sizes, Heavy-Weight & Hygienic, High Density Polyethylene" to quote a few. First of all, the box says both "jumbo sized" and "fits most standard sizes." My boxes are all so called standard jumbo boxes and the liner would not stretch to fit. "Heavy weight, hygienic and easy cleanup" must be a joke! These liners are near paper thin compared to most all others and certainly aren't hygienic or make for easy cleanup because they rip so easily, it's pointless to use them in the first place. I rescue and foster animals and I rescued this tiny kitten, had her small box and put *3* of these liners in, one on top of the other. Even her tiny little self ripped these so called liners to shreds within minutes with a ton of litter in the box! I never bothered using any of the 7 leftover liners. You'd be better off lining your litter-box with 2 layers of thick/heavier trash bags, which does actually work if need be. So unfortunately, hoping to save a little money, it didn't pan out. I am getting ready to try a new liner, the multi-layered sifting type. I will update to recommend if it goes well. I sincerely hope this review helps you though!
