Great album!, December 13, 2007

I'm not understanding why Brian's cd is only showing up as an import with a price tag of $30+?? but I picked it up locally for $14. Anyway, that point aside, I was very impressed with this first CD of his. I wasn't a die-hard Brian Melo fan at all, but I did enjoy his performances on CI and thought he had a very nice original voice.
When I came across his CD I figured I'd grab it and give it a try. I was very happy I did. On the whole CD there is only 1 song I'm not crazy over, but even that one doesn't make me want to rush frantically to find the "skip" button like some songs on other cd's do. I can listen to this cd straight through and get a good variety of songs (unlike Carrie Underwood's newest cd that is way too ballad-heavy unfortunately). I love the song Century and there are many others that I'm humming later. Great job Brian!
