My new favorite CD...Well new to me, anyway.,

I really, really LOVE this CD! I actually had never heard Ray Herndon's version of "Me and You" until buying this CD and it is really amazing. It's hard to pick a favorite because all the songs are really great, but "Grain of Salt", "Bloodshot Eyes", "My Dog thinks I'm Elvis", and Is This Lonely", and "Me and You" are really up there at the top. And so is "Gotta Get Your Heart Right". Oh, and "I Don't Believe the Devil's Gonna Get Me" is too. (Like I said, too hard to pick a favorite.) I had no idea this CD was even out there until a few months ago. That's just not right. I need to get out more, I guess.
Get this CD. It's too good to not have. You'll listen to it alot.

I admit I found this by accident, but ALL accidents should be this lucky! First of all, Ray has one of those voices I just can't get enough of. Combine that with the likes of Lyle Lovett, Matt Rollings, Clint Black, Jessi Coulter, Sonja Issacs... you can't lose with this one. What a fabulous first solo album. I can't wait to hear what's next.
