Okay but not specific enough for Non-Eu folks!
This seems to have a lot of good detailed information; however, it doesn't really apply to Americans. I was looking for something that might be helpful in retiring to Ireland from the U.S. There is info out there on the internet but it is complicated and I had hopes that this might lay it out in a more clear fashion. If I ever find the info I need, I may refer back to...
