great recovery book
this book is probably the best recovery book i have read, to-date. the author weaves application exercises and personal herstory together seamlessly. i would suggest this book to anyone struggling with an eating disorder.

Living Binge Free
The book came and I was appalled of the bad condition it was in. Pages were written on, the cover was bent both front and back and the worst was all of the scrbbling on many pages. What a disappointment!!!!
