Most Informative Book on Celiac Today!,
By
This review is from: Living with Celiac Disease (Hardcover)
I cannot express enough how helpful this book has been for someone living with celiac disease. This book was researched and written by someone who lives with this disease every single day, and knows what its like to struggle with finding the right healthy and safe food choices. Celiac disease is a daily struggle, and Sue highlights step by step what it takes to live a normal life with this disease. I applaud Ms. Hassett for her well-researched, and informative book on Celiac disease. It looks like Mrs. Hasselbeck thought it was great too, as she seemed to have copied it word for word. A huge thanks goes to Sue Hassett for writing such a wonderfully helpful book. I have passed a few on to family members who share this unique disease as well, to further help them in their struggle.

This is a poorly written book. There are many grammatical errors and little helpful information. There are many other great books on celiac and gluten free diets.

Living with celiacs disease by Sue Hassett,
This review is from: Living with Celiac Disease (Hardcover)
I have sufferred for years from what I thought were food allergies. In this book it explains a lot of my symptoms, and the difference between allergies and celiacs. It has really helped reduce my belly, and helped my digestion. This book is for everyone not just those who have celiacs. I highly recomend this book.

For years my cousin struggled with undiagnosed celiac disease. This book taught him how to manage his disease and live symptom free for over a year now. It has great recipes and tips on everything a celiac sufferer needs to know what to avoid to live a normal life. I would HIGHLY recomend this book to anyone who has, or knows somebody who has, this disease.

Do not waste your time or money on this book.,
By LMS (Denver, CO) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Living with Celiac Disease (Paperback)
This is the most poorly written and factually uninformed book I've ever had the misfortune to come across. The constant miss-spelling and bad grammar is a painful distraction that also negates any possible credibility from the author. Ms Hassett comes across angry and ignorant. She's an embarrassment for all persons living with Celiac.
