Dr. Pacheco delivers on this straight-forward and practical book that really helps make a difference.
After implementing much of the advice given in the book, I have had substantial improvement.
I highly recommend this book!

I've had heartburn for quite a long time and this book has been tremendous resource---It's very clear, concise and to the point!! It has helped me a great deal with my problem--I highly recommend this wonderful book!!
