Awesome!, June 12, 2001
I saw this video and I was overwhelmed with great emotion. Melvin truly carries the tradional gospel music to another level. He starts out with "Great Day, when Jesus Comes." Then he knocks your socks off with Harvey Watkins, Jr. and "Be with me Jesus!" Now if you have been raised up on quartet music, you know this song. It was awesome. Then Melvin and Jr. Watkins sings, "Won't be no storm always." Now that song, O my God, that song is awesome. The video just gets better. If you don't have it buy it. My Mom passed away in December, I am buying this videon for my Father, who used be in several quartets. If you are going through some difficult times I recommend this video to you. "It won't be no storms always," will encourage you. Thanks Melvin!
