The latest book from Bill Powers is also perhaps the most accessible. In simple and forceful language combined with very illuminating demos, he succeeds in making a convincing demonstration of the fact of control in living systems (i.e. you). This is a book unlike any other in the history of psychology, and should be required reading for future generations.
