Wonderful Practices from different traditions
This is a great collection of practices from different traditions. It is not the Living Deeply book on cd. It is a DVD that shows meditations and movements practices. I particularly enjoyed Sylvia Boorstein's and Yasir Chadley's. These are not advanced and I think anyone could do them.

This item was not posted correctly.
I wanted the book "Living Deeply", on CD, so that I could listen to it while traveling. I typed in book on audio and the description stated that it was book on audio. When it arrived I found that it is not a book but a DVD of practiced talked about in the book. I like the practices but this is not what I ordered and I do not think the price was worth what I recieved.
