This book may be of real help to those people who make life more difficult than it need be. Miriam Adahan shows patterns of thought and misconception which persist from childhood into adulthood and bring unecessary suffering. She combines Torah principles with modern psychology in an effort to teach us how to be more considerate and kinder both to ourselves and others.
