Most Helpful Customer Reviews

4 of 5 people found the following review helpful By Shalom Freedman HALL OF FAME on April 4, 2005
This book may be of real help to those people who make life more difficult than it need be. Miriam Adahan shows patterns of thought and misconception which persist from childhood into adulthood and bring unecessary suffering. She combines Torah principles with modern psychology in an effort to teach us how to be more considerate and kinder both to ourselves and others.

Written very empathetically and honestly, with courage and compassion without any excess drama.
The beginning was about to lengthy, but the main content was excellent and on target, as usual.
