I love to listen to these and be transported to my true self, to peace of mind and a full heart. I definitely like some better than others, and everyone's different, so there's no doubt other favs for other folks.

Ahhhhh...

I've lent them to friends who resisted giving them back and finally bought their own!

I know the guy (Nick Ardagh) from some workshops in Sweden, where he appears to be more aware than during these tapes. Here, I find, he produces some artificial atmosphere of relaxation - and it shows... Overall, his work is significantly working, just these tapes here don`t seem to fit. Try one of his books first and you may see (aka read) what I mean.
