Michael Fonseca has the ability to take a very complex subject--contemplative prayer--and make it easy to understand and implement in your life. His ability to lead a person deep into prayer is amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this book for anyone serious about becoming a true disciple of Jesus Christ.

Michael's book can be used like a manual to help bring you into contempletive prayer. Michael's ability to help guide a person in this area is truly a gift. He will help bring you into a deeper union with God.

In this world of changing values and declining ability for people to seek out a holy and knowledgable spiritual director, this book is a primer to enter into the mystery of the Holy Trinity by prayer, reflection and action.

Michael Fonseca has proven to be a simple, but holy promoter of God's love.
