Go to Whole Foods and skip the shipping. They also go on sale from time to time. And that I dont think is wholesale price anyway, that is what I paid for it in the store.

For those of us who cannot have soy milk or cow's milk, this is a great alternative. It is much more nutritious and flavorful than rice milk. Pretty good tasting and very good for you! I really wish the shipping wasn't so expensive here - kinda defeats the purpose of buying in bulk!

I did a taste test of this Hemp milk and the Pacific Foods Hemp milk original. I very much prefer this one. I like the sweet mild flavor and creamy texture. I also really like that it has less sugar than other brands. Additionally, it doesn't have an overly hemp/grassy taste either. A good replacement or addition to a superfoods diet ;)

I bought this at the local health food $tore. First, I was upset that it does not state clearly on the packaging that it is sweetened. Why in the world would I want sweetened hemp milk? Moreover, it has a nasty plastic-like taste to it. Yuck! I am upset that I have ruined a perfectly lovely cup of Teavana tea. (it is expensive)

This stuff is good. For me, it's a valid substitute for the 2% milk I have used for many years. I've watched two documentaries recently that really got me to thinking about my diet. One was "Fed Up" and the other was "Forks Over Knives", (the doc is better than the title). Both highlight the high salt/fat/sugar foods that we are surrounded by and eat too much of. "Forks Over Knives" in particular emphasized a plant based diet. I'm not going vegan, but I am looking for substitutes for meat and dairy where possible.

After watching FOK, I started Googling around to see about milk substitutes. I thought rice, soy and almond milks all had shortcomings from my perspective, but then hemp milk showed up in a search and I researched that a bit more. It ended up sounding the most interesting to me, so I went to Trader Joe's first, where they didn't carry it, and then to Whole Foods, where they did, so I got some in the aseptic package. Chilled it down overnight and had it on my cereal this AM and no problem. Tastes fine to me. It's rich enough in texture/mouth feel to sub for 2% milk and no weird aftertaste and I'm glad I tried it and I'll continue to use it.

I think I paid $3.49/box at Whole Foods. The cost here is ridiculous for both the product and the shipping. If you're interested in this hemp milk, look around where you live at the stores that might carry this sort of item. I just looked at the Living Harvest website and the cost for both the milk and the shipping are more than Whole Foods, but still less expensive than this vendor on Amazon. Still the best would be to find it at a local store if possible.

I received hemp protein powder from Viva Labs and then accidentally stumbled upon this "hempmilk" product at my local grocery store when I was shopping for soy milk and rice milk.

Have been having a hemp-banana smoothie for lunch, lately, and have really been liking how I feel. Great energy! I imagine that one reason my energy is better is because I'm avoiding dairy which I don't digest well.

The smoothie: 1 cup of "tempt" hempmilk, tablespoons of hemp protein powder, banana, packet of Truvia -- blended.

This "hempmilk" is made from hemp seeds and it's loaded with vitamins (A, D, E, B), minerals (calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc), all 10 essential amino acids and Omega 3 and Omega 6 "good" fats.

I don't mind the taste, especially with the banana and the packet of Truvia added.
