I have applied the tapes to my life and have gone farther then I ever could have imagined. I am twenty two and went from working in a kitchen to trading stock for a living, simply by applying techniques learned from Robbins. What he teaches is not a quick fix or next day money maker, but he gives you the cornerstone needed to achieve anything in your life. His health series has allowed me to consistently live a full 18 hour day, not feeling exhausted or tired. I recommend anyone who DESIRES to change their life or take it to another level to purchase and APPLY these tapes to your life. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I have read many books over 30 on health and fitness. I learned one thing, that not one of them agreed with each other. I listened to the tapes and APPLIED the concepts and my enrgy level went from 9 hours of sleep and always tired, to 4-5 hours of sleep and living completly. Not only that, I lost fat in unwanted places and my skin complection was near perfect. The tapes were also very educational and practical.
