This book is so informative ! Information at your fingertips that you can just pick up and scan and read bits a pieces at time. When you have a loved one living with this you feel helpless and a little lost and this book really helps you see how to understand what the person with this disease is living with each day. Comprehensive basic information that you can ask intelegent questions, because without this knowledge you don't even know what to ask or how to be there to help and be more compationate. No one wants to say 'I wish I had known more about this so I could have helped"... after the fact.

Recently, I discovered that a close relative of mine had Hepatitis C. I knew nothing about the disease at the time, so I bought the 'Dummies' book since I read several of the other 'Dummies' books in the past and found them helpful. This book was perfect! I now understand what this person is going through from both a physical and emotional point of view. I learned about the treatment of the disease and now know how to help her. Everything I needed to help her live with Hep C is in one place. Thank you for writing the book!!!!!!! I recommend it to anyone who is in any way affected by this disease and needs to know everything there is.

I panicked when I first learned that my close friend was diagnosed with Hepatitis C. Thanks to this book, I am better informed of the disease, its treatment(s), and what to expect. As with other "Dummies" books, it is concise, informative, and easy to understand. I highly recommend it!

All the information you could ever need to take control of Hep-C. It answers all questions you could think of. Easy to access information. Very clear,understandable, and easy to use. A must have!

I gave this a five because I really like the Dummies books. I've read other books, so the info isnt really new to me. This book though is still resourceful. A good first step about learning about HCV.

Getting diagnoised w/ Hepatitis C is scary. IF you want to know how you got it, how it will effect your life & the lives of the people you are around, what care/treatment is available, etc. This is the book for you.

This book is perfect for those wanting an overview of hepatitis C. Paul covers many aspects of living with hepatitis C. The book is a bit out-of-date, as it was written before the latest hepatitis C medications were approved. Medical treatment is discussed briefly in one chapter, a subject that could have been discussed more. Also, the book does not specifically address how to manage hepatitis C treatment. However, I would recommend this as a good starter book for beginners looking for information about hepatitis C.

This book has way for more information in it than other books I have read. And I would recommend this book to others who need information and it is an easy read, im goingn right though the book.

Anybody with Hepatitis C should read this book. All of the "for Dummies" books are extremely easy to read & understand. This book is full of information. I know from experience that it has been difficult to find anything on websites that give as much information as this book, in one place.

Over the years I have received good information from many Dummies books. This one comes through. It gives a lot of information, is well organized, and is a big help to understanding Hep.C. I highly recommend it.
