This is an addictive snack, if you like nuts and white chocolate, so watch your intake since there are several servings in a single bag.
I don't notice the cacao nib flavor so much; the nuts and white chocolate are much more prominent to me. The nuts are a great texture (not too hard or too soft), which I'm happy about since I usually eat dry-roasted nuts instead of raw ones and I wasn't sure what to expect. (This is a raw vegan product, with many organic ingredients.) I noticed the almonds and cashews equally.
You can see the full ingredients list if you scroll down the product page. One serving has 140 calories, 4 grams of protein, and 2 grams of fiber (as well as 10 grams of fat, although those are all plant fats).
The only thing I'm not thrilled about is that some of the flavor/chocolate ingredients seemed to come unstuck from the nuts and sink to the bottom of the bag.
These nuts are so incredibly healthy and yet amazingly delicious! You really don't have to sacrifice taste in order to be healthy. I eat these daily and find myself feeling and looking the best I have in years. However, I found them to be the best price at therawfoodworld.com website since they have a 7% off coupon you can use there. I like this flavor the best, but also love the mesquite walnut flavor, rosemary flavor, and also the chocolate almond and raisin flavor. I tried a variety pack and didn't care for the other flavors. Living nutz brand also has some great nuts similar to these in great flavors. They are just a bit more expensive than this brand though.
Living Intentions - based out of the SF Bay Area. New packaging. Comes with expiration date and lot number for freshness. These are fresh and sprouted. I taste more of the almonds, but that's not to say there aren't a lot of cashews. The coconut is just the right about of sweet, along with the cocoa nibs. The texture is more on the chewy side as opposed to a hard crunch. The new package says 3.0 ounces. Serving size per package = 3. 140 calories/serving.
$5/pick up at the Holistic Health fair in the SF Bay Area.
I was skeptic before i tried these, but they met my expectations and were of good taste. They were Not too sweet, not too bland. I could also digest these decently well without feeling bloating or flatulence (assuming that is because they were soaked and air dried).
